Resolve performance issues or download failures by clearing the cache.

1. Exit the Launcher (right‑click the system tray icon → Exit) 

2. Press Win + R, type %localappdata%, and hit Enter.

3. Navigate to EpicGamesLauncher →Saved.

4. Delete any webcache folders, like webcache,webcache_4147,webcache_4430.

5. Reopen the Launcher, it will rebuild a fresh cache.

   • This step doesn’t impact installed games or progress.

Note: This process fixes slow performance or download errors, without affecting game installs or progress.
