We’re tracking several known issues affecting players across all platforms at launch. The team is actively working on fixes, and we’ll update this article as progress is made.
Launch Build Versions
PlayStation 5 – Version:
1.001.002
Xbox Series X|S – Version:
1.1.0.0
PC (Steam/Epic) – Version:
1.10
Game Pass for PC – Version:
1.1.11.0
Achievement/Trophy Issues
“What a Day” and “OSHA Compliant” have outdated in-game descriptions
These refer to a nonexistent Clearance Level 6. To unlock them, you must complete a Job on Extreme Threat level with Full Corruption (3).
Note: “What a Day” incorrectly references Terminal Threat, which is not in the game.
“Veteran” and “Firebreaker” may fail to unlock
We’re aware of this issue, and a fix is already in development.
These Achievements/Trophies should unlock retroactively after the upcoming patch.
Party System & Crossplay Issues
The party may collapse after returning to the main menu
Occurs intermittently after finishing a Job. Re-invite your party members to continue play.
Misleading party disconnect message
When a party host exits or disbands a session, an error message may appear that implies a connection issue. This is purely cosmetic, the party is ending due to the host's action.
Party Code feature not functioning correctly (Crossplay)
The Generate a Party Code option may not appear when first entering the Party menu.
To work around this:
Re-enter the Party menu
Disable Public Matchmaking
You should now see the option to generate a Party Code
Twitch Drops – Overseer Armor Set Not Yet Appearing In-Game
Issue:
Players are successfully earning Twitch Drops on Twitch (as tracked in their inventory), but the Overseer Armor Set (Threshold Revision) is not appearing in-game.
Status:
This is a known issue. Your rewards and watch time progress are safe and will be granted in-game once the backend update is complete.
Thank you for your patience. we’re actively resolving this.
