Sharing your gameplay moments allows you to showcase your achievements and experiences or share visual evidence when troubleshooting issues with Support.

  1. During gameplay, press the Share button on your controller.

  2. To take a screenshot, press and hold the Share button (or press once, then press Triangle) to capture the image.

  3. To record a video clip, press the Share button twice to begin recording, and press it twice again to stop.

  4. Open Capture Gallery from the main menu’s content area.

  5. Navigate to Screenshots or Video Clips, then highlight the media you want to share.

  6. Press the Share button again, and choose your upload destination: Activities, Messages, or a linked online service.

  7. Add a caption or trim the clip if desired, then select Share.

  8. To transfer captures to a USB drive, highlight the file, press OPTIONS, and choose Copy to USB Storage Device.

Important Notes

  • Make sure your PSN account is signed in, and your console is connected to the internet before sharing.

  • If you’re submitting media for Support, save the capture to a USB or transfer it via the PlayStation App, then attach it to your ticket.

  • If sharing fails (network issue or upload error), check your network connection and available PSN capture storage.

  1. Open the Remedy Help Center. Go to remedy.helpshift.com and click the chat bubble in the lower‑right corner to start a ticket.

  2. Describe your issue. Select Bug Reports, Game Froze/Crash, or the most relevant option, and answer the bot’s questions. Be sure to include your email address, platform (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, etc.), User ID, screenshot/video, and a clear description of what went wrong.

  3. Provide additional details. Player Support may ask you for additional files or info that may help with your issue, such as Error Code/Message, DxDiag, or MSInfo.
