Steps to Clear the System Cache
Go to the HOME Menu.
From the main screen, select the System Settings icon (gear symbol).Open User Settings.
Scroll down and select System → Formatting Options.Select Clear Cache.
From System Settings, select System, then Formatting Options, then Clear Cache.Choose the User Profile.
Select the user whose cache you want to clear, then press A to confirm.Confirm Deletion.
The system will remove cached data such as saved passwords, web history, and temporary files.Restart Your Console.
After clearing the cache, restart your Nintendo Switch for changes to take effect.
Optional: Clear Browser Cache (For Login Issues)
If you encounter repeated login prompts or authentication errors while accessing CONTROL Ultimate Edition (Cloud Version), clearing the web browser cache can help.
This may occur when Nintendo Account session cookies become outdated during cloud service logins.
Launch the Nintendo eShop.
Open the eShop Menu → User Settings → Clear Saved Login Information.
Restart the console before relaunching the game.
