CONTROL Ultimate Edition on Amazon Luna supports multiple controller types, including the Amazon Luna Controller, Xbox controllers, PlayStation DualShock 4, Switch Pro controllers, and keyboard + mouse. You can play wirelessly or via USB depending on your device.

2. Connect the Luna Controller via Cloud Direct
Download the Luna Controller App on your mobile device.
Open the app and sign in with your Amazon account.
Power on the Luna Controller.
On the app, select “Add a Controller.”
Follow the pairing instructions. Once paired, the controller connects to Amazon’s cloud servers via Wi-Fi for the lowest latency.
Note: Keep your phone and controller on the same Wi-Fi network for seamless setup.
3. Connect via Bluetooth (If you don’t have the Luna Controller)
For Xbox / DualShock 4
Turn on the controller and enter pairing mode.
Xbox: Hold the Pair button until the Xbox logo blinks.
DualShock 4: Hold Share + PS until the light bar flashes.
On your device, go to Bluetooth Settings → Add Device.
Select your controller from the list and confirm pairing.
Launch luna.amazon.com and start playing.
Reduce Input Lag
If your controller feels delayed or unresponsive:
Use the Luna Controller (Wi-Fi mode) instead of Bluetooth for direct-to-cloud input.
Connect your device to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet connection.
Close background apps or browser tabs consuming bandwidth.
If you’re using Bluetooth, keep the controller within 3 meters of your device.
Troubleshooting
If your controller isn’t detected:
Restart your device and reopen the Luna app or browser.
Re-pair the controller using the appropriate method.
For Fire TV:
Go to Settings → Controllers & Bluetooth Devices → Game Controllers → Add New.
For Browser:
Make sure you’ve granted Gamepad access if prompted by Chrome or Edge.
If the controller still fails to connect or frequently disconnects, contact Amazon Luna Support for assistance.

- Describe your issue. Select Bug Reports, Game Froze/Crash, or the most relevant option, and answer the bot’s questions. Be sure to include your email address, platform (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, etc.), User ID, screenshot/video, and a clear description of what went wrong.
- Provide additional details. Player Support may ask you for additional files or info that may help with your issue, such as Error Code/Message, DxDiag, or MSInfo.
