Steps to verify via Epic Games Launcher
Launch the Epic Games Launcher and open your Library.
Find CONTROL Ultimate Edition and click the three dots (⋯) next to the title.
Choose Manage and click Verify. The launcher will check your files and download anything missing.
Wait for the process to complete before starting the game.
Once done, launch the game to confirm issues are resolved.

Important Notes
Do not move or rename the installation folder before verifying; the launcher might redownload the entire game if it can’t find the files.
Make sure all updates and downloads in Epic are paused or finished, because the verify button may be disabled during other processes.
If verification repeatedly fails, clear the launcher’s cache (Settings → Troubleshoot → Clear Cache) and try again.
