Optimize your GPU for peak performance in the Oldest House. Follow these steps to remove driver leftovers, install fresh Adrenalin drivers, and optionally restore factory settings so every firefight in FBC: Firebreak is smooth and glitch‑free.
Before You Begin
Backup any custom profiles or overclock settings in AMD Software.
Close all applications, including game launchers and overlays.
Ensure you have an internet connection to download the required utilities and drivers.
Optional: Boot into Safe Mode for a more thorough cleanup using the steps outlined in our NVIDIA guide.
A. Full Cleanup

Get the AMD Cleanup Tool from the official AMD site.
Purge Old Drivers
Run the utility in Safe Mode to ensure all legacy AMD driver files, registry entries, and software components are fully removed.
If you prefer normal mode, simply launch the utility and follow on‑screen prompts.
Reboot back to your Windows desktop.
B. Fresh Driver Install

Post‑Install Validation
Test In‑Game: Launch FBC: Firebreak and complete a high‑action sequence. Verify that stutters, visual artifacts, and crashes have been eliminated.
Reapply Custom Settings: If you had specific tweaks like Enhanced Sync, Chill, or custom fan curves, reconfigure them now.
Monitor Stability: Keep an eye on FPS and GPU temperatures over several sessions to ensure everything remains stable.
