If you wish to request the deletion of your FBC: Firebreak account data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), please follow the steps outlined below.
Important Notice:
This action is permanent and irreversible.
Once processed, all associated gameplay data, progress, and purchases specific to FBC: Firebreak will be permanently deleted.
The process may take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the request volume and verification steps.
Step 1: Submit a Data Deletion Request
To begin, please complete the official form:

Go to Account Issues and select the topic that fits your request.
Ensure that you provide:
Platform(s) used to access the game (Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, Xbox).
The email address associated with your FBC: Firebreak gameplay account aka the email used for Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, Xbox.
In game User ID
In game Nickname
- Country of contact
Understand that providing us this info within the bot will be taken as confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent.
Step 2: Delete Your Platform Account (Optional but Recommended)
To ensure full removal of your data, we recommend also deleting or unlinking your account on the platform where you purchased or accessed FBC: Firebreak. Follow the platform-specific steps below:
