MSINFO32 (Microsoft System Information) is a built-in Windows tool that creates a full snapshot of your system’s specifications, running processes, services, and drivers. This file helps us diagnose compatibility issues quickly.
How to Generate Your MSINFO File (Windows)
Press
Windows Key + R
on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.Type:
msinfo32
and hit Enter.The System Information window will open.
Go to the top menu and click File → Save.
Save the file as an
.NFO
file (do not use .txt).🗂️ Recommended name:
msinfo_yourname.nfo
Attach the
.NFO
file when submitting your support request.

Where Do I Submit It?
When reporting a bug or crash via our FBC: Firebreak Support, attach the MSINFO file in the "Upload File" section of the form.
