Capturing a Screenshot (Still Image)
Option 1: Using Snipping Tool
Press
Windows Key + Shift + S
.Your screen will dim, and you’ll be able to drag to select the area to capture.
The image will be copied to your clipboard.
Open the Snipping Tool or Paint, paste with
Ctrl + V
, then click Save As.
Option 2: Print Screen
Press
PrtScn
(Print Screen) on your keyboard to copy the entire screen.Paste it into Paint, Snipping Tool, or any image editor.
Save the file as
.png
or.jpg
.
Option 3: Alt + Print Screen
Captures only the currently active window.
Paste into Paint or another editor and save.
Capturing a Video Clip
Using Xbox Game Bar
Press
Windows Key + G
to open Xbox Game Bar.In the Capture window:
Click Start Recording (●) to begin.
Press
Windows Key + Alt + R
to stop recording.
Video is automatically saved in:
C:\Users[YourUsername]\Videos\Captures
Optional Settings
Open Game Bar settings by clicking the gear icon.
Customize shortcuts and quality under Capturing.
Submitting Your Files
Once you've captured your screenshot or clip:
Attach the file to your Bug Report Form submission.
File types accepted:
.jpg
,.png
,.mp4
,.avi
,.mov
.File size limit: X MB (adjust per your platform’s limit).
How Do I Send Screenshots or Video to Support?
If you're already in contact with our team, you can reply to your support ticket with the files attached.
Tips for Helpful Visuals:
Show the moment the issue occurs (e.g., crash screen, visual bug).
Include UI elements like mission name, location, HUD, etc.
Try to record a clean, short clip under 30–60 seconds.
If you need help attaching media files or want to share a longer clip via cloud storage, you can upload to Google Drive or OneDrive and paste the shareable link into the Description field of the bug report.
